The Booking Process

1. Fill out a reservation request form

Once you submit  a form, you will receive a list of  additional enhancements that you may choose from. 

2. Phone Call

We will reach out to schedule a phone call with you and gather further details about your event

3. Pay a retainer fee

Once your preferences are confirmed, we will send you an invoice along with our terms and conditions. In order to reserve a date and time, you must pay a retainer fee. This ensures that no one else can book the same reservation. 

4. Show up to your reservation

All that's left for you to do is show up and show out!

FAQ's

How do I secure a reservation?

To officially secure your reservation, you must pay the retainer fee outlined in the invoice. Without this, a reservation cannot be held.

What if there's bad weather predicted?

Leading up to your reservation date and time we closely. While we cannot set up during any extreme or inclement weather, we do ask that you provide an alternate indoor location where your picnic can be held.

What if we need to cancel our reservation?

In the case that you need to cancel your reservations we have policies in place that give you options on how you would like to proceed. Those options include a gift certificate, a partial refund, or a reschedule.
